PLUS 70% of Bank Profits Now Come From Fed Handouts!

Dear Subscribers,

Another thin edition as Julie and I dropped our car in Phoenix to fly to the Porcupine Freedom Festival (PorcFest) in New Hampshire. PorcFest is the longest running freedom festival in the US and the annual conference and celebration of the Free State Project, which is relocating tens of thousands of libertarians, voluntaryists and peaceful anarchists to New Hampshire to roll back laws and reduce “government” to just protecting life, liberty and property.

Etienne and Julie’s Journey Across the US.. So Far… Next stops ABQ, Austin, Dallas, and then back to Memphis

It is a real conundrum, as half of the Free State Project are voluntaryists, anarcho-capitalists and peaceful anarchists who know that “government” is a scam/illegitimate and half of the Free State Project are Statists who believe in that “Old Time Religion.” The Statists are kicking ass and taking names and New Hampshire appears to be the only place in the US where a “vote” actually matters so I wish them well and am helping where I can as there is nothing wrong with voting defensively.

We are up here selling books and popularizing the concept of Privaticians vs. Politicians. I.E. only electing folks with the intellect and honesty to openly state that “government” is illegitimate and vowing to NEVER use “government” power to steal and redistribute.

Much love, Etienne

The American people are getting robbed for every angle We are slaves over Monopoly money. – Thomas Paine

thanks, I did not know this. We are taught that the fractional reserve banking system means that banks are only loaning out a percentage of their deposits while maintaining a small deposit at the fed. As pointed out by prof Richard Werner in a paper, banks actually create over 90% of the money supply. They simply credit your account when you take out a loan and create an asset for themselves for the outstanding loan, essentially creating money out of thin air. This has always been the system we are just told that the fractional reserve system is reality. You have pointed out that banks are paid interest on this modest reserve as well, no kidding too big to fail is an issue. – Stephen B

California’s troubled high speed rail project may soon lose its federal funding.

The project was sold to California voters in 2008 with a claimed total price tag of $33 billion. The politicians who championed it promised it would connect an 800-mile route between Los Angeles and San Francisco with bullet trains traveling up to 220 miles per hour.

Ultraprocessed Foods Linked to 4 in 10 Cardiovascular Deaths and Increased Mortality Risk

by Dr. Joseph Mercola

Nearly 38% of cardiovascular deaths in Canada are linked to ultraprocessed foods. These products contribute to 96,000 new heart disease cases and 17,400 deaths each year

Eating just one additional daily serving of ultraprocessed food raises your risk of obesity by 7%, abdominal fat by 5%, and Type 2 diabetes by 12%

Ultraprocessed foods increase cognitive decline risk by 16% and stroke risk by 8%, with the strongest effects seen in Black participants

Processed meat products like hot dogs and deli meats are linked to a 43% higher risk of death from neurodegenerative diseases and a 13% higher all-cause mortality risk

Even small amounts of ultraprocessed food trigger inflammation, oxidative stress, and mitochondrial dysfunction that accelerate aging and drain your energy daily

Ultraprocessed foods dominate grocery store shelves today in the form of frozen dinners, packaged snacks, and fast-food items. While they offer convenience, they are engineered to hijack your appetite and flood your system with harmful compounds. These products, stripped of real nutrition and loaded with additives, trans fats, and artificial ingredients, are slowly clogging your arteries and setting you up for a heart attack or stroke.

True Promise 3: Iran Responds With Long-Awaited Hypersonic Retaliation

by Simplicius

Iran launched the next stage of their True Promise 3.0 operation, targeting various sites of Israeli energy and military infrastructure. This time it reportedly included the latest Fattah-1 hypersonic missiles, which made quite the dazzling impact all over Tel Aviv and northern Israel—a sight so spectacular it is rivaled only by last year’s Oreshnik strikes:

The scenes were almost too unreal to believe, like something from an over-produced Michael Bay blockbuster. Among the targets was the Haifa refinery and Israeli research center of the Weizmann Institute for Science in Rehovot, near Tel Aviv:

What role does Haifa’s refinery have, that Iran targeted? The Haifa Oil Refinery in northern occupied Palestine supplies more than 60% of Israel’s fuel needs, from gasoline and diesel to jet fuel for the Air Force. With these facilities damaged in tonight’s Iranian attack, Israel’s will face a fuel problem. This successful attack on Haifa’s refinery is a strategic blow to Israel’s economic and military backbone. The fact that Israel remains silent on the impacts on its refinery, and has not yet said anything but focused on the impact in Tamra—which I believe was caused by Israel’s own failed interceptor missile (we’ll have to see), shows that the damage was painful. And it’s only the beginning…

DARPA sets new records for sending power wirelessly

by newatlas.com

When it comes to military and humanitarian operations, obtaining a steady, reliable source of power is of paramount importance and this has only increased over time. As a result, the world’s major military forces invest a staggering portion of their budgets to supply electricity, fuel, power plants, and all that goes with them as part of an increasingly complex supply line.

However, no matter how much power technology improves, there’s still the ever-present problem of getting that power from Point A to Point B – a problem that is often insurmountable across the infamous last mile where power lines cannot be slung or pipelines buried and soldiers are often reduced to hauling jerry cans of fuel over rough country by hand and back muscle.

DARPA

To close this gap, DARPA’s POWER program seeks to build transmission lines of light where laser beams carry power to where it is required as easily as we now send data through the air.

USS Nimitz Carrier Group On Way To MidEast As Iran Reportedly Seeks De-Escalation With Israel

by Tyler Durden

Update(1026ET): Below is Fox News’ chief national security correspondent Jennifer Griffin confirming a major breaking development:

CONFIRMED: The USS Nimitz aircraft carrier strike group is on its way to the Middle East from the South China Sea, a U.S. official tells Fox News. The Nimitz was previously scheduled to replace the USS Carl Vinson carrier strike group which has been deployed for several months, but is now heading to the Middle East ahead of schedule. The two will now be in the Middle East at the same time. The USS Nimitz is the oldest active aircraft carrier in the U.S. Navy, commissioned on May 3, 1975. Scheduled to be decommissioned in 2026, this is possibly its final sea voyage. This is a very significant symbolic deployment because it was deployed in 1980 and its helicopters that were part of the failed US effort known as Operation Eagle Claw to rescue the American hostages being held at the US Embassy in Tehran. The US has been in a shadow war against Iran ever since.

Minnesota Lawmaker Assassin Apprehended After Multi-Day Manhunt

by Tyler Durden

Vance Boelter, a 57-year-old former appointee by Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz, operator of multiple mysterious NGOs, and suspected political assassin, was captured Sunday night after a massive multi-day manhunt. He is accused of murdering a Minnesota state lawmaker and her husband and wounding two others.

The face of evil. After relentless and determined police work, the killer is now in custody,” the Ramsey County Sheriff’s Office wrote on Facebook late Sunday night, attaching an image of Boelter taken by police, adding, “Thanks to the dedication of multiple agencies working together along with support from the community, justice is one step closer.”

The Ramsey County Sheriff’s Office apprehended Boelter in Sibley County. Earlier, on Saturday morning, Boelter fatally shot former Minnesota House Speaker Melissa Hortman and her husband, Mark. In a separate incident, he wounded State Senator John Hoffman, also a Democrat, and his wife, Yvette.

Ranked: The 50 Richest Countries by GDP Per Capita in 2025

By Pallavi Rao, Graphics/Design: Miranda Smith

Luxembourg is the richest country in the world by GDP per capita, $141K in 2025.

The U.S. is the richest country ($89K) with a population of more than 10 million.

The top four ranks are countries known as offshore wealth centers.

A number of oil-rich, small nations are also present on this list.

GDP per capita is a rough proxy for a country’s average living standards. A higher GDP per capita usually reflects more economic resources available per person, a signal for prosperity.

However, like all statistical measures there are caveats: it doesn’t account for income distribution, quality of life metrics, or how sustainable the economy is.

FDA Rubber-stamps Approval of Lab-grown Salmon

by Veronika Kyrylenko

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has cleared its first-ever lab-grown fish for sale in the United States — based entirely on data submitted by the manufacturer. Wildtype, a California-based food tech company, is now approved to serve its cell-cultivated coho salmon.

This FDA approval makes Wildtype the fourth company cleared to market lab-grown animal products in the country. The salmon is now available on the menu at Kann, a high-profile Haitian restaurant in Portland. The company plans to roll out its “salmon” in four additional restaurants in the coming months, followed by a broader launch into the food-service sector.

In its review, the FDA stated that it had “no questions” regarding the safety of Wildtype’s salmon. This bureaucratic phrasing marks the final step in the agency’s voluntary pre-market consultation process. The agency wrote:

Wave Of USAF Tankers Depart America Amid Escalating Israel-Iran Conflict

by Tyler Durden

Israel’s ongoing military campaign, Operation Rising Lion, has conducted coordinated precision strikes against Iran’s nuclear infrastructure, crude oil export terminals, and high-value IRGC (Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps) targets since late last week. The scope and sequencing of these strikes—outlined in a Wall Street Journal op-ed in October 2024—suggest objectives that go well beyond deterrence, aiming instead to pave the way for regime change in Tehran.

Speaking Sunday, President Trump emphasized that the U.S. “is not involved” in Israel’s strikes on Iran—adding, however, that “it’s possible we could get involved.”

“We’re not involved in it. It’s possible we could get involved. But we are not at this moment involved,” Trump told ABC News’ Rachel Scott.

The president also took to Truth Social, positioning himself as mediator and de-escalator-in-chief, stating: “Iran and Israel should make a deal, and will make a deal.”

Our latest large study about excess mortality during Covid released today: Demonstration that there was no contagion or spread, only unnecessary harm

by Denis Rancourt, CORRELATION, and Joseph Hickey

Large peaks of excess all-cause mortality occurred immediately following the World Health Organization (WHO)’s March 11, 2020 COVID-19 pandemic declaration, in March-May 2020, in several jurisdictions in the Northern Hemisphere. The said large excess-mortality peaks are usually assumed to be due to a novel and virulent virus (SARS-CoV-2) that spreads by person-to-person contact, and are often referred to as resulting from the so-called first wave of infections. We tested the presumption of this viral spread paradigm using high-resolution spatial and temporal variations of all-cause mortality in Europe and the USA.

Chief Israel planner at Pentagon bashes Jewish state publicly, extensively

Etienne Note: This guy should be promoted!

by Andrew Bernard

(June 17, 2025 / JNS)

Col. Nathan McCormack, the Levant and Egypt branch chief at the Joint Chiefs of Staff’s J5 planning directorate, has referred publicly to “Netanyahu and his Judeo-supremacist cronies,” to Washington having “overwhelmingly” enabled Israel’s “bad behavior” and pro-Israel activists in the United States prioritizing “support for Israel over our actual foreign interests.”

JNS has learned that McCormack, who according to his LinkedIn account has held his current role since June 2024, has also bashed Israel as a “death cult” that is America’s “worst ally” on a semi-anonymous social-media handle, where he has written hundreds of posts since the Oct. 7 terrorist attacks about Jews and Israel.

“The Western states go to great lengths to avoid criticism of Israel, much out of Holocaust guilt,” McCormack wrote on social media in April. “Israel’s actions over decades have prompted the accusations of ethnic cleansing and genocide.”

Eminent Domain: Legal Land Grabs Continue

by Conner Drigotas

On March 24, 2025, the Supreme Court of the United States declined to take up the case of Bowers Development, LLC. v. Oneida County Industrial Development Agency Et. Al., a decision that allows the practice of legalized theft through eminent domain to continue throughout America.

In that case, Bryan Bowers had asked the Justices to review a ruling from the Supreme Court of New York that allowed Utica city officials to take land on which he had a contract to build and give it to a different private corporation for a separate construction project.

In other words, Bowers hoped to stop government officials from using force to pick winners and losers in the construction industry. His plea fell on deaf ears.

Though taking someone’s property by force seems shocking, it is also common, and legal for government agents to do. According to Ilya Somin, a professor of law at George Mason University, “Some 3 to 4 million Americans, most of them ethnic minorities, have been forcibly displaced from their homes as a result of urban renewal seizures since World War II.”

Spend 60 Seconds to Help Free Roger Ver

🗳 Go to lpmisescaucus.com/midterm-demands and select “Free Roger Ver” as one of the most important demands libertarians should insist upon this election season.

This is the moment to show where we stand.

Whether it’s:

· Releasing the Epstein files

· Ending foreign aid to corrupt regimes

· Defunding surveillance state overreach

· Or freeing Roger Ver from political prosecution

We will not show up unless our demands are heard.

New book by Etienne de la Boetie2 exposes that the government and Hollywood have been running a multi-generational, trillion-dollar psychological operation on the population to indoctrinate them into accepting a ruling class, confiscatory taxation, and inflationary fractional reserve currency issued by private banks.

Strengthening Open Enrollment Laws is Key to Unlocking Public School Choice for Kids

by ude Schwalbach

A new Reason Foundation report collected data from 19 states with K-12 open enrollment laws, regulations that let students attend public schools other than their assigned ones. While more than 1.6 million public school students used open enrollment across these states, the participation rates indicate that stronger policies could help thousands of additional students access public schools that better fit their needs.

Currently, 29 states limit students’ traditional public school options to their residentially assigned public schools. Strong open enrollment laws, however, ensure that students can enroll in any public school with open seats, weakening the link between housing and schooling.

Students often use this policy to transfer schools to help them escape bullying, access specialized courses, such as Advanced Placement classes, enroll in more highly-rated school districts, be in classes with fewer students, and shorten family commutes for work and after-school activities.

The salary a single person needs to live comfortably in all 50 U.S. states—it’s over $120,000 in 2 places

by Kamaron McNair, www.cnbc.com

Americans earning a regular salary may have trouble living comfortably in all 50 states.

The median annual wage for individuals was just below $62,000 at the end of 2024, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics. But it takes a salary of at least $80,829 for a single adult to live comfortably in West Virginia, the most affordable state, according to a recent SmartAsset study.

SmartAsset defines “comfortable” as earning enough to follow the 50/30/20 budget method, which recommends putting 50% of your income toward essentials like rent and food, 30% toward discretionary spending and 20% toward debt repayment and savings. It used the latest estimates from Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s Living Wage calculator to estimate individuals’ cost of necessities in each state.

Democrats press Palantir about reported creation of IRS ‘mega-database’

By Edward Graham, nextgov.com

A group of Democrats are demanding that Palantir provide Congress with additional information about its contracts with the federal government following reports that the tech company is working with the IRS to create a searchable database of U.S. taxpayers’ records.

In a June 17-dated letter to Palantir CEO Alex Karp, the lawmakers asserted that the company “is enabling and profiting from serious violations of Federal law by the Trump Administration.”

The missive — led by Sen. Ron Wyden, D-Ore., and Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-N.Y. — comes after an article published by The New York Times last month said the company’s work with the administration “began as a way to create a single, searchable database for the IRS, but has since expanded” into developing a centralized platform of information on Americans that would be sharable across federal agencies.

by Chuck Martin

Air taxi company Eve Air Mobility signed a contract to sell 50 of its electric vertical takeoff and landing vehicles to Revo, an advanced air mobility operator in Sao Paulo, Brazil, and its parent company Helicopters International (OHI).

Under the $250 million agreement, signed at the Paris Air Show 2025 this week, Revo would become the launch operator for the eVTOLs in São Paulo starting in 2027.

Revo runs door-to-door mobility services with helicopter services connecting key Brazil locations.

“This binding agreement with Revo and OHI is a pivotal step for Eve, demonstrating growing market confidence in our technology and operational model,” Johann Bordais, CEO of Eve Air said in the announcement.

The electric aerial vehicles are expected to be used to fly passengers from airports to cities, much like the intended use of other planned air taxi services.

Deterrence or death: Israel is making the case for a nuclear-armed Iran

by Mathew Maavak

Just hours after Israel launched its strikes on Iran in the early hours of Friday, June 13, U.S. President Donald J. Trump declared that it was “not too late” for Tehran to return to the negotiating table over its nuclear program. The level of delusion displayed by the joint aggressors here is simply staggering. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu justified the bombs being rained on Iranian cities as a means to bring “freedom”.

The U.S.-Israeli axis sees no contradiction in reducing a sovereign nation to rubble while draping its aggression in humanitarian rhetoric. The strike came even as Washington and Tehran were engaged in protracted negotiations over the thorny nuclear issue. This is not diplomacy; this is coercion cloaked in diplomatic theatre. Worse, it will go down as a day of infamy in international relations: a moment when negotiation was used not to resolve conflict, but to disguise premeditated violence.

“Time Under Tension”: The World’s Dumbest & Most Useless Weight Lifting Principle?

by Anthony Colpo

Ever since the mid-1990s, bodybuilding and strength authors have been banging on about the importance of “time under tension” (TUT). Increase TUT, they claim, and you will increase muscle and strength gains.

But what on Earth are they talking about? Do they themselves even know?

Ladies and gentlemen, today we’re going to take a closer look at the TUT phenomenon, and discover why it may just be the most useless training principle of all time.

Much Ado About Nothing

I just typed “time under tension” into DuckDuckGo, and this is the AI-generated answer I got:

So if we are to take this TUT charade literally, the best way to get bigger and stronger is to keep our muscles under tension every waking moment. Lift weights all day, every day! An do it s-l-o-w-l-y!

Brendan Daniel and the Red Pill Friends are playing PorcFest tonight!

Folk singer Brendan Daniel picks up where Oliver Anthony left off, exposing the big secret of the “Rich Men North of Richmond”: that “government” is a technique of inter-generational organized crime to rob and control populations. The song was inspired by the book: “Government” – The Biggest Scam in History… Exposed! – How Inter-Generational Organized Crime Runs the “Government,” Media and Academia by Etienne de la Boetie2, founder of the Art of Liberty Foundation. Book at

https://www.Government-Scam.com

Song/Video Backstory: Brendan and Etienne met by chance at the Free State Project’s Porcupine Freedom Festival in New Hampshire in 2023. Mike Merenda, co-host of the Terrain Theory Podcast (and Guitar/Banjo/Vox for the folk group The Mammals), had come to interview Etienne for his podcast, met Brendan, recognized the talent and helped him record his first solo album, Live From Porcfest, right there in the field. Mike tells the story of the meeting here: https://www.terraintheory.net/blogs/podcast/episode-75-porcfest-2023-rfk-jr-on-nh-succeeding-etienne-de-la-boeties-laboratory-for-liberty-and-the-hills-we-die-on

After reading “Government” – The Biggest Scam in History… Exposed! Brendan writes Organized Crime. Mike hooks Brendan up with his solo debut opening for Mike’s band, The Mammals, at the Egremont Barn in the Berkshires last week, where owner Nick Keene captured the video of the song’s first live performance. Etienne value adds with pages from the book.
