Fivememefri – 10 Ways to Neutralize the “Deep State” (Illegitimate, Organized Crime “Government”)

PLUS Crow Qu’appelle, founder of Nevermore, Was Severely Injured and is in Need of Help!

Dear Subscribers,

My apologies for being late in getting last week’s issue out…. I got slammed getting ready for an appearance on the Corbett Report that I shot last night. James Corbett recently featured my new book: To See the Cage is to Leave It – 25 Techniques that the Few Use to Control the Many in his 2025 Summer Reading List and last night he interviewed me about the book.

The interview should post tomorrow so if you have been thinking about getting a copy of the book then I suggest you act now. After he interviewed me about “Government” – The Biggest Scam in History… Exposed!, the interview generated a tidal wave of sales that crashed our website. Orders poured in from around the world every couple of seconds. We sold out immediately, ordered hundreds more books, sold out again, and again, and again. After the initial wave of books arrived and were read, we had people reordering our Five and Ten Copy “Friends Bundles” for their friends, family, and colleagues which would result in another wave of sales a little smaller than the wave before. It eventually petered out after a month or so. We are braced for impact… You can beat the rush at

Speaker of the House Mike Johnson on Tuesday announced he was putting an early end to the summer legislative session, denying justice-seeking members the chance to force votes on releasing files relating to accused sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein. While the House was scheduled to stay in session through Thursday, the last action will take place on Wednesday instead, after a Rules Committee standoff on how to handle amendments and resolutions relating to Epstein.

Voluntaryist Charity of the Week!

Fundraiser for The Crow is the Messenger!

Crow Qu’Appelle is an anarchist writer and founder of the Nevermore! – An Anarchist Journal of Heresy and Thoughtcrime. You may remember him from a roundtable discussion I had on Geopolitics & Empire that also featured Paul Cudenec and Hrvoje Morić where I was making the case that peaceful anarchists should rebrand to: voluntaryists!

Crow has been horribly injured in an accident. His wife just had their first child, and he is in need of some help. A GoFundMe started by a friend breaks down the details of his situation:

June 2025, thousands of miles from his loving Mexican wife Alexia, in her last month of pregnancy.

Crow was in Northern BC, hired as a forest firefighter. Days before his contract started, a devastating accident renders him unconscious, suffering from severe head trauma.

Discovered unconscious on June 10th, Crow was emergency airlifted to Vancouver General where he underwent emergency brain surgery. He was on life support for several days and remains in ICU.

As of today, July 2nd, Crow is breathing on his own but he has yet to regain full consciousness from the accident. He is opening his eyes, somewhat recognizes people talking to him, but is not yet able to talk.

Four simple ways to fix any sleep problems long term

By Bronwyn Thompson

Not all physical activities are created equal when it comes to a good night’s sleep. Now, a new study has found that there are four practices that can significantly help different aspects of sleep disorders, without medical or therapy-based intervention. And they’re all cost-free.

An international team of researchers led by the Beijing University of Chinese Medicine investigated 22 randomized controlled trials involving 1,348 adults with an average age of 50 years. The researchers’ aim was to see which exercises might work best for specific sleep issues: Falling asleep, staying asleep, sleep quality, duration and daytime tiredness.

The studies generally spanned eight to 12 weeks, and the workouts were around 30-90 minutes each, two to five times a week.

What they found was that there was no one practice that came out in front; instead, four types of exercise were able to directly impact sleep, but in different ways.

Neighbors take back Southeast Portland street, replacing RVs with community garden

by Steve Dunn

PORTLAND, Ore. (KATU) — A Southeast Portland neighborhood taking matters into their own hands after they say criminal activity on their street became too much.

For Joanne Benson and Christopher Carter-Tully, their neighborhood, right next to the I-205 bike trail, is blossoming. Silver troughs, filled with various plants line Southeast Washington Street. Even the bees seem happy.

“Look at this one. Isn’t that lovely?” said Benson, referring to the bountiful plants.

Lovely, yes. But it hasn’t always been that way. In fact, very recently, their Montavilla neighborhood looked a lot different. Homeless RV’s lined the street, but neighbors told KATU it was more than that.

Before the planters were installed, the neighborhood along Southeast Washington Street looked a lot different. Homeless RV’s lined the street, but neighbors told KATU it was the criminal activity that prompted action. (KATU)

Public Employees Are Not Underpaid

by Mariana Trujillo

It is commonly believed that public employees and teachers earn less than their counterparts in the private sector, and this compensation disparity is undermining the ability of government employers to retain staff and recruit talent. This assertion often leads to demands for either increased pension benefits or higher salaries. The general public and policymakers have embraced this statement as an unquestioned fact, even though it is not.

On average, public employees earn 42% more than private sector employees. But averages are not very meaningful in this context. The public sector is more white-collar than the private sector. A larger share of public employees hold college and graduate degrees than those in the private sector. Therefore, it is expected that the average public employee would earn more than the average private sector employee.

Lucid – American Made EV -Faster Than A Ferrari

By Ben Shimkus, Consumer Reporter For Dailymail.Com

A garage attendant eased a fully charged car out of the parking lot.

‘My guy,’ he said, slowing to a stop beside me after threading the Lucid Air Grand Touring past a Rolls-Royce, a Land Rover, and a Mercedes-Benz.

‘This car is special.’

I agree. The Lucid Air is about as close to perfect as a car gets.

Lucid Motors is a California-based EV startup founded by former Tesla engineers.

Backed by Saudi and Uber investments and building its cars in Arizona, Lucid aims to take on legacy automakers like Mercedes and Audi — with Tesla-beating tech under the hood.

From the outside, the electric sedan’s understated body lines, elegant LED lighting, and athletic stance give it a quietly luxurious presence.

Inside, the windshield stretches up and over the driver’s head, uninterrupted by a roof seam until just behind the front-row headrests. The elongated window floods the cabin with light and emphasizes the car’s minimalist but refined interior.

Symbiotic Systems – Narrowband LED Grow Lights Dramatically Improve Plant Yields and Nutrition

by Agribusinessreview.com

Indoor farming has long promised a revolutionary approach to agriculture, offering controlled environments for growing crops regardless of weather or climate. However, the industry has been hindered by outdated lighting systems that rely on broad-spectrum illumination, attempting to replicate natural sunlight rather than optimizing for plant biology. Traditional high-pressure sodium (HPS) and full-spectrum LED systems waste energy by emitting wavelengths that plants either don’t use efficiently or actively filter out. These systems fail to account for the fact that plants don’t require uniform light exposure, but instead respond to specific wavelengths at different growth stages.

Symbiotic Systems, founded by Paul Bhola, is pioneering an adaptive lighting technology that uses narrowband LED systems to specifically stimulate plant responses. With patented dynamic lighting and AI-driven controls, Symbiotic Systems enhances yield, reduces operational costs, and improves crop quality by stimulating the plants to produce outcomes using the plant’s own growth systems.

New AI-Designed Paint for Roofs Could Cool Buildings by Up to 36°F – Slashing AC Use and Carbon Emissions

by Good News Network

In a development that could reduce the emissions that exacerbate humanity’s climate crisis, an international team of engineers may have created the whitest coating yet—with the help of artificial intelligence.

Their new thermal coating could reduce energy bills significantly by keeping buildings cooler, according to research from the University of Texas-Austin, National University of Singapore, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and Umea University in Sweden.

Their AI approach for creating complex materials that are ‘three-dimensional thermal meta-emitters’ resulted in 1,500 different materials that can selectively emit heat at various levels and in different manners—making them ideal for energy efficiency through more precise cooling and heating.

“Our machine learning framework represents a significant leap forward in the design of thermal meta-emitters,” said Professor Yuebing Zheng, in the Texas school’s mechanical engineering department, and co-leader of the study published in Nature.

The Golden Idol Machine

by Joshua Stylman

The other day, I found my high school yearbook. My kids were flipping through it, laughing at old photos and hairstyles, and one of them paused, surprised. “You and your friends were in all these clubs?” Debate, theater, student council, wrestling—page after page of awkward group photos and teenage optimism.

It made me smile. I hadn’t thought about that version of myself in a long time. I told them the truth: I joined everything, not because I had it all figured out, but because I didn’t. When you’re a kid, you need spaces like that—launching pads for connection, experiments in identity. Trying things on. Figuring out where you fit, and just as often, where you don’t.

These days, I’ve taken on more of the Groucho Marx philosophy—I’d never join a club that would have me as a member—but back then, those communities mattered. They were real. Messy. Human. They involved showing up, in person, with all your imperfections. There were no filters. No followers. No likes.

“Effective Immediately”: Shipping Line Suspends EV Cargo Due To Lithium Battery Fire Concerns

by Tyler Durden

U.S. shipping and navigation services company Matson surprised customers in recent days by announcing new policies that halt all electric vehicle shipments due to the fire risk posed by lithium-ion batteries. This comes after the Morning Midas—a RoRo carrier transporting EVs and hybrids—erupted in flames early last month in the Pacific and subsequently sank.

Shipping news website The Maritime Executive reports that Matson abruptly suspended the transport of EVs and plug-in hybrids, citing growing safety concerns over lithium-ion battery fires in a letter to clients. The new shipping policy took effect immediately and impacts trade routes across the U.S. mainland, Hawaii, Alaska, and Guam.

Due to increasing concern for the safety of transporting vehicles powered by large lithium-ion batteries, Matson is suspending acceptance of used or new electric vehicles (EVs) and plug-in hybrid vehicles for transport aboard its vessels. Effective immediately, we have ceased accepting new bookings for these shipments to/from all trades,” the letter stated.

Unacknowledged False Flags: The October 7th Hamas Attack – Part 3

by Iain Davis

The purpose and scope of the Unacknowledged False Flag Substack series is explained HERE.

In Part 1 we looked at the official account of the October 7th Hamas Attack. In Part 2 we examined the official narrative claiming the attack came as a complete surprise to the Israeli authorities who, as a result, were not prepared to defend the people living, working and partying on the Israeli side of the “Iron Wall.”

In Part 1 we remarked on Hamas’ incredible military feat. Hamas—primarily the Hamas’ al-Qassam Brigades and its elite Nukhba Squads, plus a contingent of Islamic Jihad’s al-Quds Brigades—breached the Iron Wall in 29 locations simultaneously. They took out all the automated defences and vital observation and early warning systems, and then proceeded to overrun and hold key military installations. Hamas took the Erez Crossing, the Nahal Oz military base, the Sufa outpost, and the IDF bases close to the Be’eri and Kerem Shalom kibbutzim. The most strategically important base they held was the Re’im military base—home to the primary Israeli defensive force in the region, the IDF Gaza Division.

UNSEEN: The Truth Behind Death Protocols

by David A. Hughes

I am reuploading this new hard-hitting documentary by Jacqui Deevoy and Richie Brown ofDiplomatic Postto help increase its visibility for when it gets censored by YouTube.

Since 2020, Deevoy has been investigating practices of involuntary euthanasia in the UK. In 2021, she produced the documentary A Good Death? (Ickonic), and in 2024 she produced Playing God (Trailblazer).

Her films are not an easy watch, as she hears shocking and tragic testimonies from victims’ families. Nevertheless, they are important, because they graphically confirm the return of practices previously associated with Nazi Germany, as I have written about in Wall Street, the Nazis, and the Crimes of the Deep State (pp. 32-34, 141-147).

It is well known historically that state-sanctioned euthanasia in Nazi Germany (so-called “deaths of mercy”) was the thin of the edge of the wedge that led to genocide.

Moderna Founder Launches Aerial-spraying of RNA to Alter Gene Expression of Crops

by Unshadowed

Flagship Pioneering, creator of Moderna (and a WEF partner), has just unveiled Terrana Biosciences, providing $50mm to scale-up development of their flagship product, an RNA spray which enters the plant and alters gene expression.

The company’s leadership is a “who’s who” of pharmaceutical and AgTech genetic engineering-meets-AI.

“The difference with Terrana’s technology is it actually goes inside the plant. That really lets you think about solving problems differently.” (Remember this rhetoric before from Bourla and Moderna?)

The CEO continues, “After being sprayed on, the RNA enters the plant through small tears in the leaves. With this method, Terrana can load in RNAs that act as ‘programmable plant vaccines’ or proteins that can aid in insect resistance or antifungal capabilities, for example.”

Will Congress give the pesticide industry a de facto liability shield?

by Meryl Nass

In 2013, Bayer had its 150th anniversary. It was riding high. It sent an airship and anniversary exhibition around the world to celebrate. Its stock price was 27, the highest it had been since it entered the NY stock exchange in 2002. It was bullish and interested in acquisitions.

Bayer decided to go after Monsanto. According to Fortune,

Bayer bought Monsanto as part of its reinvention as a life-science firm with a focus on health and agriculture. At the time the deal was proposed in 2016, the competitive landscape of the agricultural-science space was shifting dramatically—Dow and DuPont were merging, and so were ChemChina and Syngenta. Bayer wanted to become a bigger player in seeds and genetically modified crops, and Monsanto offered just that.

But there were potential problems. The WHO’s International Agency for Research on Cancer had just reported that glyphosate, the active ingredient in Monsanto’s most popular product, the herbicide Roundup, was a probable human carcinogen.

Migrants at Ice jail in Miami made to kneel to eat ‘like dogs’, report alleges

by Richard Luscombe, theguardian.com

Migrants at a Miami immigration jail were shackled with their hands tied behind their backs and made to kneel to eat food from styrofoam plates “like dogs”, according to a report published on Monday into conditions at three overcrowded south Florida facilities.

The incident at the downtown federal detention center is one of a succession of alleged abuses at jails operated by Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agency (Ice) in the state since January, chronicled by the advocacy groups Human Rights Watch, Americans for Immigrant Justice, and Sanctuary of the South from interviews with detainees.

Dozens of men had been packed into a holding cell for hours, the report said, and denied lunch until about 7pm. They remained shackled with the food on chairs in front of them.

Why the US govt really stopped the case against Dr. Kirk Moore–an extraordinary interview with Sasha Latypova

by Dr. Peter and Ginger Breggin

Podcast: Play in new window | Download | Embed

Dr. Kirk Moore is a hero of the COVID wars. He administered saline shots instead of COVID vaccines to his patients and issued vaccine cards to them, allowing them to continue with their work or school. In doing so, Dr. Moore preserved the health of his patients and fulfilled his Hippocratic Oath to do no harm. He was subsequently charged by the Biden administration in 2023 with violating laws that resulted in “sabotaging” the rollout of the COVID-19 mRNA vaccines. Appeals to the new Trump administration to pardon the doctor or dismiss the case were ignored, and the trial moved forward.

Jury selection was done, and the discovery phase had begun. The trial had gone on for one week. Officials were being interrogated on the witness stand. Colleagues, patients, friends, and patriots filled the courtroom, and a growing awareness of this ongoing travesty of justice was evident through social media.

Metal bottle caps ‘surprising’ source of microplastic contamination, study finds

by Tom Perkins, theguardian.com

Metal bottle caps can be a significant source of microplastic contamination in beverages, a new peer-reviewed study by France’s food safety agency finds.

Researchers compared microplastic levels in beer, water, wine and soft drinks, and found the substance in all samples, but liquid in glass jars showed the highest levels. The surprising source of the contamination – a polyester-based paint on the glass bottles’ metal caps.

The findings were “very surprising”, said Alexandre Dehaut, a study co-author with the French agency for food, environmental and occupational health and safety.

“Caps were suspected to be the main source of contamination, as the majority of particles isolated in beverages were identical to the color of caps and shared the composition of the outer paint,” the authors wrote in the study.

Right off the bat, they reveal that cemeteries throughout Ukraine are full, requiring a national project of building a large-scale network of new military burial sites:

The squares reserved for the soldiers are full. Everywhere, teams of architects are working on memorials that tell us as much about the scale of the slaughter as they do about the ongoing reflection on the idea of nationhood.

Personal Flying Car Debuts; Jet-Powered, Diesel Fuel

by Chuck Martin

A single person, flying car prototype powered by eight micro jet engines using diesel fuel has been introduced by a Texas startup.

The Axion personal vertical takeoff and landing vehicle from FusionFlight in Dallas promises a top speed of 200 mph and would come with two 15-gallon cross-linked fuel tanks.

The micro jet-engines are enclosed in the body of the vehicle, which is designed to take off straight up and then transition from hover mode to forward flight.

The flying vehicle, priced at $289,995, could fit in a standard parking spot or the back of a pick-up truck.

The flying vehicle is a scaled-up version of the FusionFlight JetQuad drone, a model of which has been test flown as shown in a company video.

“The JetQuad drone is like an unmanned, scaled-down version of the Harrier Jump-Jet,” the company website states, calling it “A unique jet-powered platform that combines vertical lift capability of a helicopter with the high-speed maneuverability of a jetfighter.”

Mexico Moves Closer to Biometric ID – Will The People Comply?

by Derrick Broze, thelastamericanvagabond.com

As of Thursday July 17th, several new laws went into effect in Mexico which are likely to greatly increase the push towards a digital surveillance state.

The Mexican government says these new laws are aimed at fighting organized crime, drug trafficking, and helping with the search for missing people. The government has also argued that controversial changes to the nation’s telecommunications laws are designed to bridge the so-called “digital divide”, referring to the limited access to internet and cellular service in rural areas compared to urban environments.

Mexico’s President Claudia Sheibaum has claimed that critics who have referred to the laws as a “spy law” or a “censorship law” are ignoring protections built into the new measures.

“It is false, it is a lie that the laws passed have to do with the State spying. False, it is a deliberate lie,” said Sheinbaum at a July press conference.

Ten Ways to Neutralize the Deep State

Etienne Note: A great article from Max Borders BUT he leaves out that “government” is illegitimate on its face. That there is no way to have a moral, logical legitimate “government.” As long as folks believe in the legitimacy of “government” they are trapped in organized crime’s rigged game where they wrote the rules and control the courts. There are thousands hacking at the branches of evil to one striking the root! We are achieving a “one-way revolution” by getting folks out of the easily rigged game of “elections” run on unauditable black box voting machines and mail-in ballots! There is definitely some gold in his article, but we need to start with exposing the illegitimacy of the system as a whole!

U.S. drops to lowest ranking yet on index of most powerful passports

by Grace Moon

Americans once held the world’s most powerful key to international travel, but in the latest edition of the Henley Passport Index released this week, U.S. passports dropped to their lowest position yet, outranked by affluent Asian countries that dominated the top of the list, European mainstays and others.

According to the Henley ranking, which is based on the number of destinations a traveler can visit without needing a visa, the United States has fallen from seventh place last year to 10th place, continuing a downward trend. Now tied with Iceland and Lithuania, the U.S. last topped the list in 2014.

The London-based firm Henley & Partners, which offers consulting on residence and citizenship by investment, has compiled the rankings for nearly two decades, relying on data from the International Air Transport Association.

President Trump Plans to Open 401(k)s to Bitcoin, Crypto, Gold, and Private Equity: FT

By Oscar Zarraga Perez

Financial Times reported today that President Trump is preparing to sign an executive order that would allow 401(k) retirement plans to invest in alternative assets such as gold, private equity, and cryptocurrencies like bitcoin.

“Donald Trump is preparing to open the $9tn US retirement market to cryptocurrency investments, gold, and private equity in a move that would spur a radical shift in the way Americans’ savings are managed,” reported the Financial Times.

According to Financial Times, the order is expected this week and will direct federal regulators to remove barriers preventing 401(k) plans from including these non-traditional investments in managed funds. This includes digital assets, metals, private loans, infrastructure deals, and corporate buyout funds.

“President Trump is committed to restoring prosperity for everyday Americans and safeguarding their economic future,” said the White House in a statement to the Financial Times. “No decisions should be deemed official, however, unless they come from President Trump himself.”

“There’s No Nothing”: Empty Shelves, Rotten Odors Plague Gov’t-Funded Supermarket In Missouri

by Tyler Durden

One of the dozen or so socialist policy proposals from NYC Democratic mayoral nominee Zohran Mamdani is the creation of government-funded grocery stores.

While the Democratic Party increasingly embraces socialist and Marxist-leaning policies, such as the seizure of private property, this idea of government-funded grocery stores appears disconnected from both fundamental economic realities and historical precedent.

Nowhere is this more evident than in East Kansas City, where a nonprofit operates a grocery store on government land that has become a symbol of failure, plagued by the smell of rot and empty shelves.

Local media outlet KSHB 41 Kansas City toured Sun Fresh Market at 3110 Wabash Ave (31st & Prospect) on the city’s Eastside. The store opened in 2018 as part of a multi-million dollar public-private revitalization of the Linwood Shopping Center. Operated by Community Builders of Kansas City, a nonprofit focused on urban development, the store has since become a massive reminder that while socialism may sound great on paper, in practice, it can be an absolute disaster.

Dr. Mercola: What if Fixing Your Sleep Was the Missing Key to Reversing Chronic Disease?

by Dr. Joseph Mercola

Sleep health extends beyond duration; it includes timing, quality and regularity; poor sleep patterns are linked to an increased risk of heart disease, stroke and metabolic disorders

Both short (under seven hours) and long (over nine hours) sleep durations are associated with higher rates of obesity, diabetes and cardiovascular problems

Irregular sleep schedules and poor sleep quality damage health as much as not sleeping enough hours, triggering inflammation and disrupting biological processes

Simple interventions like maintaining complete darkness in your bedroom, getting morning sunlight, limiting blue light exposure at night and keeping your bedroom cool significantly improves sleep quality

Improvements in blood pressure, blood sugar control and inflammation often begin within weeks of establishing more consistent and restorative sleep patterns

Survey Reveals “Seismic Shift” As More Parents Reject Vaccine Schedule

by Tyler Durden

A new survey published in the JAMA Network by researchers at Emory University and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has found that an increasing number of pregnant women and new mothers are delaying, or even outright refusing, government-recommended vaccines that hospitals and pediatricians push on newborns and young kids. The findings come just ahead of Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s much-anticipated announcement on what the federal agency believes to be the root cause of the autism spike in children ahead of the fall school season.

Titled “Vaccination Intentions During Pregnancy and Among Parents of Young Children,” researchers found that 33% of parents with children under age 5 intend to delay or refuse some or all government-recommended vaccines. In contrast, only 4% of first-time pregnant women reported plans to delay or refuse all recommended vaccines.

Will an Iran Cyber Attack Panic Usher In a New Patriot Act?

by Mises Wire, Nicholas DeSimone

In a 2007 interview, retired General Wesley Clark revealed that the Pentagon had a plan to “take out seven countries in five years”—Iraq, Syria, Lebanon, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, and Iran. Over the following two decades, the first six were bombed, destabilized, or collapsed into civil war. Only Iran remains standing—resistant to Western central banking, culturally hostile to global usury, and guarding some of the world’s most ancient archeological sites.

Now, major media outlets such as Fox News and the Independent warn of a looming cyberwar, and we’re told to brace for a potential Iranian cyberattack on the US or its allies, aimed at critical infrastructure such as power and water systems. But rather than ask how to defend against it, we should ask something more: Is Iran really the culprit? Or is it the designated scapegoat for an event designed to advance elite control both abroad and at home?

California’s Fraudulent “Disaster Recovery” Is a Land Grab

by Edward Ring via American Greatness,

Remember Gavin Newsom’s first visit to the sites of devastating fires last January in Los Angeles, when he vowed to streamline California’s paralytic regulations so people could quickly rebuild their homes?

In that interview, while undulating his shoulders in a weird shimmy that will undoubtedly come back to haunt him as he ramps up his presidential campaigning, Newsom also promised to “prevent opportunistic investors from exploiting vulnerable residents by offering below-market prices.”

It’s hard to say which promise has been more thoroughly violated. As celebrity author Adam Carolla posted on 7/14, there is virtually no work going on along the Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu, where hundreds of homes burned down to the sand. This is typical.

The Palisades Fire, with a burn area that included Malibu, destroyed over 6,000 homes. So far, 161 permits have been issued by the City of Los Angeles. The community of Altadena, which was consumed by the Eaton Fire, lost over 9,000 homes. So far, 84 rebuilding permits have been issued.
